Delivery informationUK DeliveryFREE Delivery in the UK is eligible for orders over £50. Royal Mail postage fees of £4.95 will be applied to most orders under £50 for delivery service by Royal Mail.
European and International DeliveryOrders to EEA and International countries will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight and country of destination. You will be required to sign upon delivery. Tracking details will be provided after your order is dispatched. Additional import tariff and Custom fees may apply. Please contact admin@ajludlow.co.uk for further assistance.
Lead TimesOrders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day.Normal postal lead times are:UK 1-3 working days,Europe 3-5 working days,Worldwide 5-7 working days
Please note that during peak times, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer. Please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of.
Changing your mind
Thank you for purchasing from A J Ludlow Colours. We hope that you will enjoy using what you have bought. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied then please let us know.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and it hasn’t left our premises then we will need to charge the fee that the Bank/Paypal charge us. If the order has left the premises then further charges may apply.
Our shopping cart is secure and all your personal data is confidential, we do not pass any information onto any third party, under any circumstances.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you'd like to amend or cancel a recently placed order please contact our Customer Service Team on 01646 687 687. We are all happy to help you.
Amendments to an order can be made right up until the point we despatch the order but once an order has been despatched, we cannot amend or cancel it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you've received an order that contains damaged goods or is missing an item, please get in touch within 14 days (or 7 days for shortfalls) so that we can rectify the situation.
The quickest way to resolve the problem is by telephoning us on 01646 687 687. You can also send an email to admin@ajludlow.co.uk
We will replace missing or damaged products without further charge and do everything we can to put it right for you as quickly as possible.
Returning Unused Items
If you've ordered an item that turns out to be unwanted and has not been used or opened, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to let us know. We are happy to refund unused goods that have been returned to us in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will refund the price of the item, after deducting transaction charges, when we receive it back at our warehouse.
Please note we will not refund the postage for unused items that have been returned and you will need to cover the return postage yourself.
